First Episode of ‘Bride of the Water God’…. Nam Joo Hyuk Finds Shin She Kyung On the Human Realm
Nam Joo Hyuk and Shin Se Kyung show a comic characters-like visual. In the drama ‘Bride of Water God 2017’, both play as the Water God and a psychiatrist. Nam Joo Hyuk ‘s makeup as the Water God stunned viewers 100%.
The premiere episode of ‘Bride of Water God’ (3/7) shows the first encounter of So Ah (Shin Se Kyung) and Habaek (Nam Joo Hyuk). Habaek will be the next King in the world of hydrangeas. In order to become a king, he must find the three stones that are hidden on earth.
Habaek came down to earth along with Nam Soo Ri (Park Kyu Sun), but his power mysteriously disappeared. So Ah works as a psychiatrist, but she finds it difficult to pay her debts. When she meets Habaek in the park, Habaek confesses that he is a Water God who descends to earth. So Ah thinks he is crazy.
A few days later, in order to pay off her debts, So Ah sold her ancestral’s land in Gangwon-do. When So Ah went to Gangwon-do, So Ah met Habaek.
Turned out that So Ah’s ancestors got the land from the Gods, and now the land belonged to Habaek. Habaek explained this situation, but So Ah could not believe it and kept thinking that Habaek was out of his mind.
When So Ah, Habaek, and Nam Soo Ri were driving down the mountain road, their car ran out of gas. Nam Soo Ri bought petrol, the car was attacked by a boar. So Ah and Habaek tried to dodge and run, then they held hands and hugged each other. Habaek felt something to So Ah.
When they’re back in Seoul, Habaek said, “If you don’t get to your senses immediately, I will have to do this. Remember, you are my servant.” Then suddenly, Habaek kissed her.
