The house bought by Song Joong Ki is now under renovation and construction. But it has not been confirmed if the home will be Song Song Couple’s house after marriage. This is because Song Hye Kyo also has purchased a significant real estate.
Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo are among the wealthiest Korean couples. The couple’s total property wealth reaches 30 billion won. Rain-Kim Tae Hee who got married in January this year also have a house in Itaewon. If Song-Song actually live in Itaewon, they would become the best topstar neighbors.
