An Interview with Pyo Ye Jin from ‘Fight for My Way’
KBS Monday-Tuesday drama ‘Fight for My Way’ tells about the spirit of the youth. Its final episode got a warm response. In particular, the story of the realistic couple Joo Man and Sul Hee was liked by many people. However, in the drama, their relationship faced a conflict due to ‘Fresh Intern Jang Ye Jin’.
“Hallo my name is Pyo Ye Jin, I’m playing in the drama ‘Fight for My Way’. Nice to meet you,” Pyo Ye Jin introduces herself. She acts as Jang Ye Jin, ‘the couple breaker’ who comes between Joo Man and Sul Hee, who have been dating for 6 years. “I have read the manuscript and ended up being Ye Jin. I’m happy and looking forward to it because I’ve never tried a role like this,”
Pyo Ye Jin finished filming her part in the drama first than the others. “We’re already the last episode, I feel a little strange, I feel sad but I also feel happy that many people are watching, liking, and feeling sympathetic to this drama,” She expressed her feeling. “I’m really happy with this drama, and I feel happy whenever I was on the set.”
In the drama, Jang Ye Jin expresses her love without hesitation, but in reality, Pyo Ye Jin has different approach on love. “If the guy says no then I won’t continue pursuing him like Ye Jin,”
When Pyo Ye Jin was reported to appear in the drama, it was revealed that she used to work as a flight attendant. “I joined an aviation company in 2011 and I got out 1 and a half years later. I loved being a flight attendant. When I just started working, I had a nice time, but there are times when I felt bored. The crew is a service business and I have to keep being a good one. My original character is more free and open,”
In this interview, Ye Jin also showed her desire to play in a romantic comedy drama. “I really like ‘Discover of Love’ and ‘I Need Romance’, I think playing a cute character will be fun.”
