Park Hyung Sik’s Popularity in Taiwan Surpasses ‘Song Song Couple’
Through ‘Strong Woman Do Bong Soon’ and ‘Hwarang’ Park Hyung Sik gets a lot of support in Asia. On June 22, drama ‘Strong Woman Do Bong Soon’ episode 1 aired in Taiwan, and it’s quite unusual for the TV company to surpass the ‘Descendant of the Sun’ rating of episode 1.
Thanks to its popularity, Park Hyung Sik held a fan meeting at ATT Showbath in Taipei, Taiwan on the 30th of last month and met the local fans. At that time, Taiwan had a dangerous situation with typhoons in ‘Nessat’ and ‘Haitang’ but it did not make Park Hyung Sik hesitate to meet his fans.
In the fan meeting, Park Hyung Sik saw a video prepared by the fans and felt touched and even cried. “Because there’s a storm, I’m afraid this fan meeting will fall apart. Are you guys waiting for me? But then when I woke up in the morning, the weather turned bright”, said Park Hyung Sik.

In a media interview with udnstars, Park Hyung Sik shows his fashion sense through his outfit that looks luxurious yet also comfortable as if he has Ahn Min Hyuk’s fashion style in the drama ‘Strong Woman Do Bong Soon’.
