Korean Dramas Starring Jung Il Woo

Jung Il Woo was born on September 9, 1987. He is an actor from South Korea. He is best known for his role in Unstoppable High Kick sitcom (2006), and television drama The Return of Iljimae (2009), 49 Days (2011), Flower Boy Ramyun Shop (2011), The Moon Embraces the Sun (2012) and Cinderella and Four Knights (2016). He is the son of a former television news show host. Jung Il Woo studied Broadcasting at Seoul Art Institute and moved to the Hanyang University Theater and Film department. In August 2006, Jung Il Woo suffered minor injuries in a serious car accident while riding with childhood friend and fellow actor Lee Min Ho, who was also seriously injured in the accident.

49 Days tells about Shin Ji Hyun (Nam Gyu Ri) who is the only daughter of a conglomerate leading a perfect life and seamless treasure. Her parents love her very much and she is always surrounded by her friends. Ji Hyun has been engaged and will marry her ideal man, Kang Min Ho (Bae Soo Bin) in a few weeks. Meanwhile, Song Yi Kyung (Lee Yo Won) is still in her sadness after the tragic death of her boyfriend. She works part-time in a shop and often spends time thinking about committing suicide. One day Yi Kyung tries to commit suicide by walking to a highway whose traffic is very crowded. This is where the fate of Yi Kyung met with Ji Hyun when the accident happened because Ji Hyun was late to stop her vehicle as she approached the location of the collision and hit a truck. Moments later, Ji Hyun gets out of the car in a daze. She was surprised to see herself taken to an ambulance. The only person who seemed to notice her standing in the street was a man on a motorcycle. The man on the motorcycle is the Scheduler (Jung Il Woo) – a kind angel waiting to bring the soul to their final destination.
