Jjajangdeopbab with eggplant is a dishes that can arouse your appetite. Its spiciness may level those hot days in the Summer!

2 bowls of warm cooked rice
1 eggplant (150gr)
150gr minced meat
1 tbsp of vegetable oil
1/2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp of sake
1/3 tsp of salt
black pepper (according to preference)
Big red pepper (according to preference)
2 tbsp of jjajang flour
1/2 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp of minced garlic
1 tbsp of Korean chili sauce
1 cup of water (200ml)
Put minced meat and spices into a bowl, stir, and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Cut the eggplant into a 0,5cm thickness and onion into 1cm thickness.
Put the sauce into the bowl and mix together.
Pour the vegetable oil into the frying pan. Heats it and put onion, fry for 3 mins then put the minced meat and eggplant. Stir well for 3 mins.
Put the sauce. Mix them together for 3 mins then let it sit for 30 mins.
Finally, pour it into two bowls of warm cooked rice.
