‘Andante’: Vibrant Atmosphere during the Script-Reading of EXO Kai’s ‘Andante’
The script-reading event of KBS2’s pre-produced drama ‘Andante’ was begun with a refreshing atmosphere.
The production team and the actors, who just met for the first time, started the script-reading with a lovely atmosphere that was full of harmony. Even from the beginning, the production team could already felt that the actors could ‘live’ their own characters well.
In this drama, EXO Kai will play a high school troublemaker named ‘Shi Kyung’. He could naturally portray the character and added the charm of a 18 years old guy named ‘Shi Kyung’.
In ‘Andante’, Shi Kyung could never get along with his mother, Jon Mi Sun, and his brother, Lee Ye Hyun, who’s still in school as well. Even from their very first meeting, Kai and the actors who will be his mother and brother could already show a great chemistry, as if they were a real family.
The production team revealed, “The characteristic of a coming-of-age drama is to show a casts that is filled with young actors so we could anticipate their next appearance,”
‘Andante’ is a refreshing and heartwarming drama, which focuses on the magical development of Shi Kyung, who changes after he moves from his old high school in the city into a high school in a strange village. Though at first Shi Kyung feels afraid, his new school in the village will be the place where he starts understanding the real value of life and love.
