‘Strong Woman Do Bong Soon’: Park Bo Young’s Unrequited Love for Ji Soo
JTBC’s newest Friday-Saturday drama ‘Strong Woman Do Bong Soon’ will start airing on February 24. Yesterday, the drama released few new cuts. One of them shows Park Bo Young staring longingly at Ji Soo, who’s fast asleep.
In this drama, Park Bo Young stars as Do Bong Soon, a girl with extraordinary strength. Anything she touches will break. Meanwhile, Ji Soo plays the role of In Gook Doo, a new detective in the police department. In Gook Doo has a ‘tsundere’ personality, which means he looks cold, but actually possess a big heart.
Since elementary school, Bong Soon has an unrequited love for Gook Do. She dreams to be an elegant woman, and tries to hide the fact that she has extraordinary strength, because it is a super power that nobody wants. She also hides the fact that she has a crush with Gook Doo. Gook Do, who doesn’t know about Bong Soon’s feeling toward him, does not care about Bong Soon. Do Bong Soon, who dreams of a fateful romance, is engulfed in an unexpected incident and becomes involved in a love triangle when she works as the bodyguard of Ahn Minhyuk.
In other cuts that were released, Park Bo Young and Ji Soo are wearing high school uniforms. Park Bo Young’s unrequited love and puppy eyes toward Ji Soo increased the romantic feeling of the drama.
