Yoo Ah In, Im Soo Jung, and Go Kyung Po Are Confirmed to Star in ‘Chicago Typewriter’, Reading to Start this Week
tvN’s new drama ‘Chicago Typewriter’ has finally confirmed its list of actors. Yoo Ah In, Im Soo Jung, and Go Kyung Po are confirmed to star in the new Friday-Saturday drama. This week, the actors and production team will gether together for the first reading event.
Yoo Ah In will play as Han Se Joo, an author who’s enjoying his newfound popularity. Though he seems like a celebrity, Han Se Joo is actually very sensitive and shy. Han Se Joo is also depressed.
Im Soo Jung is going to be a ‘wonder-woman’ author who’s very skilled and stunning.
Meanwhile, Go Kyung Po will be a ‘ghost-writer’ named Yoo Jin O, a genius yeat mysterious character.
‘Chicago Typewriter’ is a drama that will be a mix of fantasy, humanism, and romantic comedy set in 1930, the period when best-seller authors are struggling due to Japanese imperialism.
The script for ‘Chicago Typewriter’ is written by the scriptwriter of ‘The Moon That Embrace the Sun’, ‘Kill Me, Heal Me’, and ‘Capital Scandal’, Jin Soo Wan, and the drama is going to be directed by the director of ‘Daemul’ and ‘On the Way to the Airport’, Kim Chul Kyu.
This drama will start airing on tvN at the end of March, after ‘Tomorrow With You’ ends.
