‘Hwarang’: Park Seo Joon vs Park Hyung Sik, How Will their Fate be?
The last episode of ‘Hwarang’ was aired yesterday, February 21st.
In the 20th episode, Sam Maek Jong and Sun Woo/Moo Myung pointed their swords at each other. Sam Maek Jong asked Sun Woo, “Do you want the title?”, to which Sun Woo replied, “Do you really think you are the rightful owner of the title?”
Before the last episode was aired, the production team released photos from the famous scene between Sam Maek Jong and Sun Woo.
The two of them look at each other with sadness, anger, and watchfulness at the same time. They also pointed their swords at each other’s throats.
Sun Woo and Sam Maek Jong had spent a lot of their time together as Hwarang. Both of them went to Baekje to prevent war from happening, and both had saved each other’s lives once. Though they love the same woman, A Ro, their friendship did not waver. Now the tides have turned. Sun Woo, with a layman attire, and Maek Jong, with his King attire, are going against each other because they both want to be King.
