‘Defendant’: Ji Sung Tried to Escape from the Prison!
In the latest episode of ‘Defendant’ that was aired on 27/2, Park Jung Woo (Ji Sung) tried to escape from the prison with all his might in order to find his daughter, Ha Yeon.
In this episode, Jung Woo had cleared any misunderstanding between him and Lee Sung Gyoo (Kim Min Seok). They both helped each other to run away from Cha Min Ho and his bodyguards.
Though Jung Woo, who was hurt, did not successfully escape Min Ho’s bodyguards, thanks to him, Sung Gyoo and Ha Yeon managed to get out of the hospital.
Jung Woo was brought back to prison with a scar in his stomach. One of the convicts who was in the same cell as Jung Woo, an ex-surgeon named Milyang, helped him by treating the scar. In the next scene, Min Ho said to Jung Woo, who was in the examination room. “I was afraid that you’d die, but thank god you’re not. We’re having a competition to find Ha Yeon, right?”
Though he has not fully healed yet, Jung Woo already made a new plan to escape with Chul Sik.
Moongchi, a prisoner who was in the same cell with them, knew they were preparing their escape, and invited them to run away with him. Starting from the three individuals, now all the prisoners in the cell room knew the plan of escape from the prison. Although there are some detainees who did not approve it, Jung Woo tried to persuade them by saying that he had to find his daughter.
The atmosphere became even tenser because the prison guards were everywhere. However, Jung Woo succeeded in getting to the rooftop and swore that he could run away. Suddenly, they heard a voice through a loudspeaker: “Do you all think I don’t know about this?” Jung Woo, who was shocked, tried to hide his body as lower as possible.
