‘Tomorrow With You’: Lee Je Hoon & Shin Min Ah Cannot Prevent Oh Gwang Rok’s Death
In the latest episode of ‘Tomorrow With You’, Yoo So Joon and Song Ma Rin tried their best to save Shin Sung Gyoo (Oh Gwang Rok), Se Young’s father.
Earlier in the episode, Yoo So Joon finally admitted that he was a time traveler to his wife in order to persuade Song Ma Rin to stop working for Happiness.
So Joon also admitted to Ma Rin that an accident would happen in Happiness’ construction site, that’s why he asked Ma Rin to stop working for Happiness. Ma Rin eventually came to accept that her husband was a time traveler.
So Joon suspected Doo Shik of being the person behind the accident that would involve Se Young’s father. So Joon told Doo Shik that he had bought Se Young’s father a ticket to fly with Se Young to Japan. But then Doo Shik only said, “The more you try to change the future, the future could get worse.”
Then the most unimaginable thing happened. The real culprit behind the accident was actually Director Kim Yong Jin. Not wanting Se Young’s father to leak the news about his corruption to So Joon, Director Kim Yong Jin abducted Se Young’s father by saying that he would take him to the airport. In the end, Se Young’s father was killed.
So Joon was deeply shaken by the fact that he could not save Se Young’s father despite of all the things that he had done. Turned out that his effort only changed the place of the incident, but not preventing the incident itself from actually happening.
Song Ma Rin came first to the construction site, but Se Young’s father was already dead by the time she and Ki Doong came. She screamed histerically and instantly ran to So Joon’s embrace when she spotted him getting out of the car behind them. Both of them could not stop crying out of guilt in Se Young’s father’s funeral.
