Kim Soo Hyun’s ‘REAL’ Will Finally Come to Theaters this June
Actor Kim Soo Hyun will be back in theaters this June with his long-awaited movie, ‘Real’.
‘Real’ casted its actors on December 2015 and started filming on January last year. However, fans were kept wondering as CJ E&M had not announced its release date yet, even if it’s already more than a year after the production team had done filming.
According to a source, ‘Real’ will finally come to theaters this June to compete with other summer movies.
‘Real’ would be Kim Soo Hyun’s come back movie after 4 years. The actor’s last appearance in the big screen was only for a special bit in ‘Miss Granny’ (2014). Previously, he starred in a movie called ‘Secretly Greatly’ (2013). Between the time after ‘Secretly Greatly’ and before ‘Real’, Kim Soo Hyun appeared in two hit dramas, ‘My Love from the Star’ (2014) and ‘The Producers’ (2015).
In ‘Real’, Kim Soo Hyun’s character is Jang Tae Young, a problem solver who’s blinded by his ambition and desire to build a casino to conquer his city.
Kim Soo Hyun’s close friends and co-stars in ‘Dream High’, Suzy and IU, were reported to appear as cameos in this movie.
