SBS’ New Monday – Tuesday, ‘My Sassy Girl’, Premieres Today!
‘My Sassy Girl’, SBS’ new Monday-Tuesday drama, recently released a six-minute highlight video ahead of its premiere tonight (May 29).
‘My Sassy Girl’ is a historical drama about the love story between a genius man from Joseon Period named Gyun Woo (Joo Won) and a sassy princess named Hyemyung. With Joseon Palace as its background, the drama features a captivating love story from the Joseon era in a unique and realistic way.
The six-minute video shows the fateful-like first meeting of Gyun Woo and Princess Hyemyung, how they initially do not get along, until suddenly, the atmosphere between them changes into a lovely atmosphere. In the beginning of the video, a Queen was forced to remove her throne. Ten years later, a guy named Gyun Woo has compeleted his study in Qing Dynasty, while Princess Hyemyung has grown into a troublemaker kind of girl. The two of them meet each other and start to fall in love.
Even though Gyun Woo always act annoyingly in front of Princess Hyemyung, the guy keeps saying, “You are always beautiful in front of my eyes”, and “I will protect you, Princess.”, which succeeded to make the audience’s hearts pounding.
The story gets more interesting when Princess Hyemyung is involved in troubles. The relationship between Princess Hyemyung and Gyun Woo is an important point that has been eagerly awaited by the audience.
