Yoo Ah In and Im Soo Jung’s ‘Chicago Typewriter’ Ended Happily

Yoo Ah In and Im Soo Jung’s story in ‘Chicago Typewriter’ ended up happily. Although in the past they had to be separated because of death, they were re-united in 2017. For the sake of their friendship, Go Kyung Pyo lives in the novel.

The last episode of ‘Chicago Typewriter’ (3/6), showed the ending for Han Se Joo (Go Kyung Pyo), Jeon Seol (Im Soo Jung), and Yoo Jin O (Go Kyung Pyo).

In 1930, Seo Hwi Young (Yoo Ah In) chose to sacrifice himself for the sake of his friends. Seo Hwi Young’s best friend, Shin Yool (Go Kyung Pyo), replaced himself to look after his beloved woman, Ryu Soo Hyun (Im Soo Jung).

In the present, Yoo Jin O appears before Baek Tae Min. Baek Tae Min attempts to escape, but the police manage to catch him and say, “You were arrested for allegedly kidnapping Jeon Seol”.

After Han Se Joo fell from the roof, he remembered his past and immediately hugged Jeon Seol. Han Se Joo said, “Seo Hwi Young prayed to God. He asked to go back together with Ryu Soo Hyeon and Shin Yool. God also granted his request. And now, you’re here, in front of me.”

Jeon Seol said, “The person who killed by Shin Yool was me. That memory came back thanks to my mother.” Hearing this, Han Se Joo and Yoo Jin O were shocked. In the past, Ryu Soo Hyeon went looking for Shin Yool and directed the gun to Shin Yool. Ryu Soo Hyeon said, “I followed the order to kill the traitor.” Shin Yool was murdered in front of the typewriter.

In the present, Yoo Jin O asks Han Se Joo to help him completing the novel. Han Se Joo said, “Our novel is not finished yet.” Han Se Joo expressed his desire to stay with Yoo Jin O. Then Yoo Jin O said, “From now on start thinking to write my novel”. Later, Han Se Joo successfully completed the novel titled ‘Chicago Typewriter’.

Meanwhile, ‘Chicago Typewriter’ will be replaced by ‘Secret Forest’, which will premiere on June 10th at 9 pm KST.
