Shin Se Kyung Transformed Herself with a Short Hair for ‘Bride of the Water God’
On June 7th, ‘Bride of the Water God’ production team finally revealed Shin She Kyung’s first looks for the drama.
In ‘Bride of the Water God 2017’, Shin Se Kyung plays the role of Yoon So A, a psychiatrist who does not believe in God.
Shin Se Kyung says, “So A has a gentle nature, which makes a lot of people love her. For ‘Bride of The Water God 2017’ I cut my long hair short. The public will probably see a big change from myself that has never been seen before,” She said.
“I think imagination is an important key of this drama, because the drama is adapted from a manhwa with a fantasy genre. I also continue to imagine the character of So A and I also try to visualize it in real life,” She added.
‘Bride of the Water God’ is a fantasy drama that is adapted from a manhwa with the same name. The story will be identical to the manhwa, but the narrative and the setting is changed to suit the modern time. The drama will premiere on July 3 at tvN.
