Joo Won and Oh Yeon Seo’s Relationship in ‘My Sassy Girl’: The Chronicle of a Jade Ring

Gyun Woo (Joo Won) met Princess Hye Myung (Oh Yeon Seo) at the day when he went home from studying in Qing Dynasty. The beginning of their relationship was rocky as they misunderstood one another, but then the moment the relationship between these two people actually start was from the moment they found something that is precious to Hyemyung, which is a jade ring.
Gyun Woo misunderstood that the ring was stolen, so together with Hyemyung, he went around Joseon to look for the ring. During the process, they start to be involved in a complicated romance.
Meanwhile, the jade ring was actually in Min Yoo Hwan’s hands, and the ring was originally owned by Han Hye Sun, Hyemyung’s mother. Hyemyung thought that her mother was still alive, so she went out of the palace to find her mother.
