“The Man Who Dies to Live” Choi Min Soo Thought Lee So Yeon As His Daughter, Shin Sung Rok Becomes Even Anxious
The new drama from MBC ‘The Man Who Dies To Live’ which premiered on the 19th told about Saeed Faad Ali (Choi Min Soo) who misunderstands and thinks that Lee Ji Young B (Lee So Yeon) is his biological daughter.
Before meeting his daughter, Ali went to the bank to meet with his son-in-law Kang Ho Rim. Ali is embarrassed by Kang Ho Rim’s appearance. Ali keeps saying “I am your father-in-law” and surprised Kang Ho Rim.
But Kang Ho Rim never listens to his wife Lee Ji Young A (Kang Ye Won)’s story about her father, nor does he trust him and asks “You’re my father-in-law?”.
“I’ve done a DNA test”, Ali said and asked him to persuade his daughter. After Kang Ho Rim learns his father-in-law is a nobleman, he smiles cheerfully. But Ali said “My child is JJ Entertainment’s producer” and makes Kang Ho Rim confused.
Kang Ho Rim thinks Prince Ali thinks he is his son-in-law when he’s having an affair with Lee Ji Young B. Ali says to Kang Ho Rim, “You must get used to living like a nobleman” and buys him a new car and shows him a glorious lifestyle.
All of Ali’s gifts were brought home by Kang Ho Rim and he hid them. Kang Ho Rim asked about Lee Ji Young A’s dad, but Lee Ji Young A is angry at her husband who does not think of her and says “my father is dead.”
The next day Kang Ho Rim was exhausted by the treatment of his friends at the bank. Finally, Kang Ho Rim goes to see Lee Ji Young, “Your father is looking for me” and then holds her hand, “he has even done a DNA test” and make Lee Ji Young B confused.
Lee Ji Young A thinks Kang Ho Rim is drinking alcohol with women, eventually, she decides to go to the club with Wang Mi Ran (Bae Hae Sun). At the club, Ali looks up to Lee Ji Young A. The situation makes this drama interesting to look forward to.
