‘Goblin’ Takes the First Position in Taiwan, Defeating ‘Descendants of the Sun’
‘Goblin’ that is played by Gong Yoo, Kim Go Eun, and Lee Dong Wook is a Korean drama that gets an outstanding rating in Taiwan.
Since last July, Taiwanese station SCC on the 8th aired the last episode of the drama ‘Goblin’ and according to ET News, the average viewer rating of 2.27% is the highest rating in the last 12 years in the history of Korean dramas. But on the 8th at the time of the last episode, ‘Goblin’ got 5.50% rating.
The drama that is almost the same as ‘Goblin’, ‘Descendants of The Sun’ gets 1.54% and in the last 12 years the drama played by Ju Ji Hoon-Yoon Eun Hye ‘Princess Hours’ gets 2.21%. ‘Goblin’ is setting a new history with its rating.
In addition to ‘Goblin’ and ‘Princess Hours’, there are also ‘Boys Over Flower’ (2.03%), ‘Coffee Prince’ (1.82%), ‘My Name Is Kim Sam Soon’ (1.68%), ‘Brilliant Heritage’ (1.63%), ‘You Who Came From The Stars’ (1.55%), ‘Descendants of The Sun’ (1.54%), ‘My Girl’ (1.38%), ‘Pasta’ (1.30%) and they are all rated the highest from the third position to tenth in the history of Korean dramas in Taiwan.
