Korean Dramas Starring Park Hae Jin

The actor born in May 1, 1983 came from Busan. Park Hae Jin debuted with a drama titled ‘Famous Chil Princesses’ which aired on KBS. Through the drama, he received many praise as a new actor. In 2010, his name began to fade due to the emergence of newcomer actors but he still shines in the middle of the entertainment world. In 2012, Park Hae Jin became better known when playing in ‘Man From The Star’, he played as Lee Hwi Kyung, Do Min Joon (Kim Soo Hyun)’s love rival for Cheon Song Yi (Jun Ji Hyun). After he had a quite active role as the second lead, finally in 2016 he played as Yoo Jung Seonbae in ‘Cheese In the Trap’ and his name is increasingly shining.

The drama, which aired in 2017, has successfully demonstrated Park Hae Jin’s stunning acting.  In ‘Man To Man’, Park Hae Jin acted as Kim Sul Woo, a secret agent who has many faces and personalities. This drama tells about Kim Sul Woo who disguised as the bodyguard of a narcissistic and quirky popular actor Yeo Woon Kwang (Park Sung Woong). In the midst of his duties as bodyguard, Kim Sul Woo remains active in his mission unnoticed by anyone. Then Yeo Woon Kwang’s number 1  fan as well as his manager, Cha Do Ha (Kim Min Jung) began to suspect Kim Sul Woo’s movements. In a case related to Cha Do Ha’s father, Cha Myung Suk (Kim Byung Se), Kim Sul Woo approached Cha Do Ha and started a ‘pretend dating’ operation that definitely made Cha Do Ha’s heart flutter. In addition to Park Hae Jin, Park Sung Woong, and Kim Min Jung, the drama starred Yeon Jung Hun, Chae Jung Ahn, and Jeong Man Sik which add to the excitement of the story.

This drama is a webtoon adaptation of the same title that was made into a series by Naver in 2010. The character played by Park Hae Jin is Yoo Jung, a senior who is very popular among women. The story itself depicts students’ lives in reality. Talking about the romance of a student named Hong Seol (Kim Go Eun) and his senior on campus Yoo Jung (Park Hae Jin). Due to her family not having much money, Hong Seol had to work part-time. While Yoo Jung is a rich man’s son who is handsome, smart, and has a good personality. However, Hong Seol realizes there is another side of Yoo Jung that is creepy. Once, Hong Seol’s life on campus became like in hell when she was dealing with senior Yoo Jung. Yoo Jung begins to be interested in Hong Seol and turns his behavior 180 degrees. From being often bothered her, he then became a sweet figure. Seo Kang Joon who became a rival in the love of Park Hae Jin played the role of Baek In Ho. In addition, Lee Sung Kyung and Nam Joo Hyuk helped enliven this drama.

Bad Guys first aired in 2014 on tvN. Bad Guys is a drama with a unique genre. The conflicts of the problem raised the high crime rate in Seoul. He became a genius surgeon and flew to South Korea. Park Hoon started working as a doctor at the best hospital Myung Woo University Hospital. But he felt isolated and tried to raise as much money as possible so he could bring his girlfriend to North Korea. In this drama, Park Hae Jin played Han Jae Joon. Han Jae Hoon becomes Park Hoon’s rival in the medical field. Han Jae Hoon himself is a gifted smart doctor who is a Harvard University graduate. Unfortunately, Han Jae Hoon has ambitions to take control of the hospital and he is dating Oh Soo Hyun (Kang So Ra). Jin Se Yeon also starred in this drama as Song Jae Hee, who is Park Hoon’s lover.
