Do Hak Young, the only suspect who allegedly killed Yoo Soo Kyung, was released. Jung Jae Chan who handled the case received criticism from the public. He allegedly freed the murderers for lack of competence in investigating, people began to discuss Do Hak Young’s crimes record.
