From Cha Seung Won, Lee Jong Suk, to Lee So Hyuk: YG’s Actors Lineup
YG Entertainment is the home of K-pop Idols such as Big Bang, 2NE1, Winner, IKON, and black Pink. Since three years ago, they’ve been making a change by having a lineup of Hallyu actors.
The first one is Cha Seung Won. In January 2014, YG announced an exclusive contract with Cha Seung Won. After he joined YG, he’s been active in tvN’s variety show, ‘Three Meals A Day’. Through this program, he got the nickname ‘Cha Juma’.
A month later, Choi Ji Woo joined YG. After joining YG, he’s been active as a top actor. In March, Kang Dong Won also joined YG and in May, Lee Jong Suk surprised the public by his exclusive contract with YG.
Meanwhile, Lee Soo Hyuk also joined YG on March 3. A representative of the agency said, “With an active communication, we will try to support and provide a positive activity”.
