Korean Version of ‘Criminal Minds’ to Start Production in July, Currently Completing Casting Process
On April 5, tvN revealed that the Korean adaptation of ‘Criminal Minds’ is set to start its production phase in July.
Regarding a rumor that said the adaptation will be a midnight show, the representative said, “It has not been decided. We’re still preparing for the production phase in July, but so far there are no definite decision yet.”
Another rumor which said that Son Hyun Ju, Lee Joon Ki, and Moon Chae Won are slated as the show’s main casts was also denied. “Right now we’re still completing the casting process. More details will be announced soon.”
‘Criminal Minds’ is originally an American popular drama that tells the story of the settlement of various criminal cases using profiling techniques. The Korean adaptation will be produced by Taewon Entertainment and Studio Dragon, in collaboration with ABC Studio and Disney Media Distribution.
