Kyu Hyun to Enter the Army on May 25
Member of idol group Super Junior, Kyu Hyun, will start his military service soon.
On April 24, it was reported that Kyu Hyun had been notified to start his basic army training in Nonsan Army Training Center starting on May 25. After that, Kyu Hyun will serve as a social service officer.
Kyu Hyun, who was born in 1988, got assigned as a social service officer level IV after undergoing health evaluation because he was once involved in a fatal accident back in 2004 and had a severe injury. Kyu Hyun was in coma for about 4 days, but then a miracle happened and he got his consciousness back.
A lot of Super Junior members are currently undergoing their military services. Lee Teuk, Hee Chul, Ye Sung, Kang In, Sung Min, and Shin Dong are done with their conscription, while Eun Hyuk, Dong Hae, Si Won, and Ryeo Wook are still in the army.
Kyu Hyun has been stealing people’s attention by becoming one of the MCs of MBC ‘Radio Star’, which is currently looking for Kyu Hyun’s replacement.
