Lee Sung Kyung and Jo Hye Jung Clear Up Fighting Rumor
In the morning of May 15th, Lee Sung Kyung wrote a long letter to her fans. “For fans who have been worrying, I’ll explain the situation between Hye Jung and I.”
Lee Sung Kyung wrote the letter on the official Facebook fanpage of her latest drama, ‘Weightlifting Fairy, Kim Bok Joo’. The letter was meant to straighten out the misunderstandings among fans who thought that Lee Sung Kyung and Jo Hye Jung are not in a good term. This rumor sparked because during the day of ‘Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo’ commentary, Jo Hye Jung and Lee Sung Kyung made live broadcasts at the same time, on their respective SNS, and they did not seem to regard each other at all, which made fans thought they were fighting.
In ‘Weightlifting Fairy, Kim Bok Joo’, the two girls portray bestfriends Kim Bok Joo and Nan Hee. In her explanation, Lee Sung Kyung said, “We have a really good and wonderful relationship, just like Bok Joo and Nan Hee. Unlike her character, who can be difficult at times, Jo Hye Jung is really innocent and good to me. I was just really happy and grateful that I could get together with fans of this drama through the live broadcast.”
After Lee Sung Kyung explained about this misunderstanding, Jo Hye Jung also added, ‘I will try to behave better in the future, let’s have a happy life together, forever’.
