Lee Teuk Shows His Responsibility as Super Junior’s Leader
Leader of Super Junior, Lee Teuk, shows his responsibility.
On June 18th, Lee Teuk wrote on his personal SNS: “Super Junior, the team that has been my whole life, the team that still has my whole life.”
He also wrote, “There are many things that I gave up for this, and I’ve been receiving so much. The choice is to be responsible even for something that I did not choose. I promise that I will be more responsible in the future.”
Super Junior is expected to be releasing a new album in early October this year. After Leeteuk, other members such as Shindong, Heechul, Kangin, and Sungmin have completed their military duties. Eunhyuk and Donghae will be out in July, while Siwon in August.
The new album is planned to be performed by all members except Kyu Hyun, who has just entered the army in May.
But Super Junior is currently having a hard time as their fandom is angry over Kangin’s DUI incident last year. Some of them also request Sungmin to quit the group, saying that he had been neglecting fans ever since news about his marriage came out. Thus, Lee Teuk tried to respond fans’ anger with his post.
