‘Man Who Dies to Live’ and ‘Reunited Worlds’ are The Next to Compete in Wednesday – Thursday Drama Slot
On July 19th, MBC’s ‘Man Who Dies to Life’ and SBS’ ‘Reunited Worlds’ were aired for the first time. The two dramas have different styles, but they premiered on the same day and time.
‘Man Who Dies to Life’, starring Choi Min Soo, Gang Ye Won, Shin Sung Rok, and Lee So Yeon, is a family comedy drama telling the story of someone who’s returning to Korea in order to meet his daughter who disappeared 35 years ago after living in a Kingdom in the Middle East.
Meanwhile, ‘Reunited Worlds’, starring Yeo Jin Goo, Lee Yeon Hee, Ahn Jae Hyeon, Jung Chae Yeon, is a romantic fantasy drama that tells the story of a love affair between a 30-year-old woman and a 19-year-old boy.
Both dramas attracted viewers with their different and fun atmosphere. In ‘Man Who Dies to Life’, Choi Min Soo plays as Jang Dal Goo, a successful and wealthy man in the Middle East. Gang Ye Won plays as Lee Ji Young A whose husband is Kang Ho Rim (played by Shin Sung Rok), while Lee So Yeon plays as Lee Ji Young B. This comedy drama’s first episode received positive responses from viewers.
In ‘Reunited Worlds’, Jung Jung Won (Lee Yeon Hee) is reunited with Sung Hae Sung (Yeo Jin Goo), her first love whom she thought had died 12 years ago.’Reunited Worlds’ is filled with young people’s feelings of love and a refreshing atmosphere, reminding viewers of their own first love.
As the dramas that are replaced these two dramas were highly rated dramas, ‘Ruler: Mater of The Mask’ and ‘Suspicious Partner’, viewers are curious about the battle that is going to ensue between ‘Man Who Dies to Life’ and ‘Reunited Worlds’ to occupy the first position of Wednesday-Thursday slot.
