BTS Became The Spotlight of AMA, Regarded As International Superstar
BTS has announced its presence in the United States. They had American debut at AMA. American Music Awards is a prestigious award event in America. On the 20th, BTS took over the AMA stage. They were introduced by Chainsmokers and featured as the 16th performer.
Fans enliven the show and sang along excitedly. The fanchants “BTS, BTS” echoed throughout the venue. Even Chainsmokers sounded hard to hear. BTS has proven its existence as the hottest K-POP group. They performed at number 16. The AMA presented the stage just before the end of the show.
BTS proves their power. The seven members moved to the side of the stage. They performed one of the best hits ‘DNA’. The audience’s response was certainly festive. It felt like their concert. Local fans joined in singing ‘DNA’ with proper hangul pronunciation and came to dance choreography.
Actor Jared Letto gave a compliment “I saw BTS performance. We need time to calm down.” BTS cannot hide their joy. On the previous red carpet they expressed, “We do not believe it (American debut). We are really surprised. Thanks to our fans it could be like this. We love you.”
