‘Chicago Typewriter’ Will the Special Episode Raise Its Rating?
‘Chicago Typewriter’ prepares a new strategy to raise the viewer’s rating by preparing a short episode for the audience. It is to help the audience who has just started watching the drama in the mid-part of the episode.
tvN’s ‘Chicago Typewriter’ is a mystery romance drama which tells the story between two men and one woman in the past and in the present days. It gradually unmasks the truth behind the mystery of the present and the past days of a famous writer Han Se Joo (Yoo Ah In), ghost writer Yoo Jin Oh (Go Kyung Pyo), and Jeon Seol (Im Soo Jung).
Usually, in the first episode of a drama, it introduces the characters and their backgrounds, but ‘Chicago Typewriter’ is different. Yoo Jin Oh appeared only through his voice and has yet to reveal the mystery among the three.
The audience gets even more curious as the episode passes. Slowly, various mysteries circling around the reason to finish ‘Chicago Typewriter’ novel is revealed. What happened in the past that brought this kind of present and what kind of events brought them together in the past?
However, from the very first start until now, it has yet to fully grab the pubic’s attention. It is because ‘Chicago Typewriter’ has shown several important scenes from the very start. Heo Ji Woong does the narration of this special episode of ‘Chicago Typewriter’ which has just released on April 28 at 18.50 KST. It would help the audience to grasp the plot and to increase the number of the viewers as well.
The continuation of ‘Chicago Typewriter’ which is supposed to be aired on April 28 is postponed due to local election day. However, on April 29, starting at 19.50 KST, episode 7 and 8 will be aired all at once. On April 28, the short video is released and on April 29, two episodes will also be given to the audience.
